Once the return is registered, our dedicated quality control team will promptly inspect the product to validate any manufacturing defects. You can return all items except items marked as “No return products” within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item should not have been opened or repackaged.
  • The item should not have been installed or used.
 

After installation, customers have a 7-days to return the installed item, excluding products marked as “No returnable products”.

 

If the product is still within the warranty period, customers can request repair for the same product or its parts. However, damages resulting from usage, incorrect DIY installation, accidents, improper cleaning, natural causes, or negligence will not be eligible for replacement or rectification. We reserve the right to decline refunds once confirmed by our inspection team to ensure fair assessment and resolution.

 

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (color may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim Replacement / Credit note / Refund if informed within 7 days of purchase.

If the product you receive does not match the dimensions or design as shown on our website, please note that color variations may occur due to screen calibrations and display resolutions. However, if the discrepancy goes beyond that, customers have the option to claim a replacement, credit note, or refund. To be eligible, you must inform us of the issue within 7 days of purchase, ensuring a prompt resolution to your satisfaction.

Customers have the option to receive their refund as Wallet credit instead of a bank account refund. The Wallet balance can be used for future purchases and remains valid for one year from the date it is issued.

Credit note can be used on products which are sold by Danube only.

If the total value of your purchase is below AED 100, a fee of AED 18 will be charged for each returned item. However, if the return is due to a damaged product, this fee will be waived. This policy is valid only for orders within the UAE.

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We’re here to help you with the process, ensuring it’s as smooth as possible.

Products We Do Not Accept for Return

  • Misuse or Wear: Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if still under warranty, cannot be returned.
  • Used or Altered Items: Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed, unless they are show sign of manufacture defect.
  • Bedding and Similar Products: Bedding, mattresses, bath products, kids’ products, pillows, sheets, comforters, bed-in-a-bag, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam, towels, and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging.
  • Assembled Products: Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to inspect for defects and will repair or replace defective products at our discretion.

Return Instructions

  1. Return Window: Please return your non-furniture products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include Documentation: Ensure you include the original invoice, all accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards that came with your order.
  3. Packaging: Return items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

Your refund will be made to the original mode of payment in case of card payment within 7 to 15 working days from the date of receipt of item. In case of cash payment, you can send us a copy of your Emirates ID / Government Issue ID and we’ll issue a cheque and deliver it to your doorstep.
 
 

Refunds will be processed within a timeframe of 7 to 15 working days after the product has been returned. We strive to complete the refund process as quickly as possible, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution for our customers.

 

Customers who choose to receive a credit note instead of a refund to their bank account will be eligible for an additional 5% credit based on the item price. This credit can be used towards future purchases and remains valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.
